There are many different types of tuna in a can, tuna in spring water is best for you and then you can add your own dressing 🙂
INGREDIENTS
Serves 2
- 1 can tuna (in spring water)
- 1 cup chopped rocket or lettuce
- 2 tbsp chopped celery
- 1 tbsp chopped shallots or red onions
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 cup of red cabbage
- Pinch of cayenne
- Salt or herbamare (dried herb mix)
PS. you can add any raw veg that you love as you might not from the alpha-alpha sprouts in the picture
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine ingredients and add extra virgin olive oil with salt and lemon or use apple cider vinegar (with mother!) instead of lemon.
