Turkey Patties


  • 230gms Turkey mince
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 Tablespoons almonds ground
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Pinch of cayenne
  • ¼ bunch coriander chopped finely
  • 1 Tsp herbamare
  • 1 Finely grated carrot
  • 1 Finely grated zucchini


Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Make into patties

Bake in the oven with olive oil (180 degrees)

Serve with Salad and steamed vegetables



  • You can replace the turkey mince for any mince
  • If you can’t have egg just leave it out
  • You can replace the ground almonds for any other flour of choice eg quinoa flour etc
  • Use as a main meal or have a couple as a snack with a dip
  • Freeze them in batches and take them out when needed – quick and easy!
