Cinnamon-Bread
This beautiful tasting cinnamon bread is super quick to make and super healthy, naturally gluten and sugar free. Is a cross between a desert bread and a savoury bread without any sugar and low in carbohydrates.
Cinnamon Bread (Ingredients)
1/2 cup coconut flour organic
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
8 drops or 1 teaspoon of stevia
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup of greek yoghurt
3 Tablespoons of salted butter
2 Tablespoons of water
Method
Preheat your oven at 175 degrees, line a tin with baking paper.
Blend all your dry ingredients, then add the rest of the ingredients and blend well. Let stand for 3 minutes and then blend again. Spread the batter into your tin and bake for 30 minutes, cool and refrigerate.
Tips
- If you want to make this dairy free then swap the yoghurt and the butter for coconut milk and coconut oil
- There are various spreads you can use, either pure butter or ghee or nut spread or just warm and eat as is with a cup of tea
