This recipe is easy and simple for a quick sweet craving without the nasties. No refined sugars and also, dairy and gluten-free! You can add any superfoods to make it extra nutritious such as maca powder or cacao powder.
- 250g Raw Cashews
- 200g Coconut Butter
- 1/3 cup of Lucuma Powder
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1 to 2 Tablespoons of Honey
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. You can add goji berries or golden berries if you like as well.
Can drizzle some dark chocolate on them too!
