With over 35 years of combined experience between Margherita and I in guiding women toward healthier, more balanced lives, we were thrilled to share practical, actionable knowledge—not just theory but real, lived experience that has helped so many achieve tangible health results😍
The retreat was a perfect blend of health talks, guided meditations, stress management techniques, movement, nourishing food, and plenty of time to relax and reflect. It was an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and immerse in an environment of support, learning, and self-care. Whether participants were looking to deepen their understanding of health or simply take a much-needed break, this retreat offered both relaxation and productivity in equal measure.

Relaxation, Meditation, Gratitude & Breath Work
Each morning began with a silent meditation to center ourselves for the day ahead, and every evening ended with a guided session to prepare the body for a restful night’s sleep. Breath work and relaxation techniques were explored, helping to release stress and promote a peaceful mind.
Cooking Class
Participants delighted their senses during our cooking classes, learning how to prepare wholesome, delicious meals to nourish the body. Simple, healthy recipes were shared, empowering everyone to continue cooking nutritious meals at home.
Delicious Meals
From breakfast to dinner, our retreat offered a variety of fresh, wholesome meals that were both nourishing and satisfying. We made sure everyone felt cared for, with delicious food prepared daily to support energy, wellness, and healing.
Understanding Exercise and Movement
Discovering the joy of movement was a key focus, with plenty of opportunities to learn how to incorporate stretching, walking, and simple exercises into daily life. Movement is vital to our overall health, and we explored how to make it an enjoyable, sustainable part of everyday living.
Nature Walks and Silent Mornings
The serene nature walks were a chance to soak in the beauty of the Tara Hills surroundings, connecting with the outdoors and with each other. Silent mornings offered a space for introspection and reflection, setting the tone for a mindful, intentional day.
Comfortable Accommodation 🏡
We ensured each guest had a comfortable, private space to rest and recharge. Whether in a single, double, or twin accommodation, everyone enjoyed a peaceful retreat that allowed for privacy and comfort during their stay.
A Supportive, Like-Minded Community
One of the highlights of the retreat was the opportunity to connect with other women who shared similar health goals and interests. The supportive, nurturing environment made it easy to share experiences, bond, and learn from one another.
