Protein Shake

This shake is full of fibre, antioxidants from blueberries and cinnamon which can also help manage your sweet cravings. 


  • 1 scoop protein powder (whey, pea, brown rice)
  • ½ tsp flaxseed oil or 2tsp of ground flaxseeds
  • ¼ cup of soaked chiaseeds (soak for 1 hour or 4 tsp of ground chiaseeds)
  • ¼ cup of blueberries
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 240mls pure water


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency. 

*can increase or decrease water according to preference.
