For those of you experiencing digestive issues such as abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhoea and bloating aka IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) I would highly recommend hypnotherapy as one aspect to consider in treatment! There is this great app which is inexpensive and easy to do called Nerva check it out. As I think this app deals with the “head space” side of IBS.
