Protein Shake
This shake is full of fibre, antioxidants from blueberries and cinnamon which can also help manage your sweet cravings.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop protein powder (whey, pea, brown rice)
- ½ tsp flaxseed oil or 2tsp of ground flaxseeds
- ¼ cup of soaked chiaseeds (soak for 1 hour or 4 tsp of ground chiaseeds)
- ¼ cup of blueberries
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 240mls pure water
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency.
*can increase or decrease water according to preference.
