Clinical Nutritionist and Personal Trainer

Over the past twenty years, I’ve dedicated myself to the wellness industry in Australia and London, where I’ve worked as a personal trainer and entrepreneur. I am passionate about helping people and delving into the scientific aspects of how food and exercise can impact our well-being, appearance, and overall longevity.

I have lived and breathed Nutrition since I was a kid, and when I moved back to Australia, I got my degree in Nutrition to support my passion.

While in London, I ran a Personal Training Business and founded my own branded anti-ageing supplement company. I had the opportunity to train Hugh Grant, the Marks family (of Marks and Spencer’s fame), Saudi Arabian Royal family members, and several iconic Victoria’s Secret models.

And let me be clear: everyone is a work in progress.

My true passion lies in personalised health, where I work on pinpointing fundamental health issues and delivering protocols that put the body into a metabolically healthy state. I’m dedicated to revitalising skin, reducing inflammation, alleviating pain, reducing perimenopause/menopause symptoms, and ultimately enhancing the quality of people’s lives.

I come from a huge family where I’ve seen people go through all stages of life and have lost loved ones along the way. My goal is to spread the word about informed and preventative medicine.

I believe people can avert many diseases and ill health with the right information and monitoring the right tests and levels. I think everyone should have the opportunity to live a long, full life. At this moment in time, we have the technology to pick up most cancers in the blood and use safe full-body MRIs. The question is: Why doesn’t everyone know about this?

We want to spend as much time on this earth as possible with the ones we love and feeling healthy, but not everyone understands our power over our health. This is why I do what I do: try to spread the word about health and longevity. I am data-obsessed and keep up to date with all the new studies on supplements, diet and lifestyle. I believe everything you do and take (including skincare) should be supported by science. Otherwise, it’s just good PR!!

Christa provides a 6-session package tailored for menopausal and perimenopausal women for $395, with the first appointment lasting 1 hour and the following appointments 30 minutes each.
