Sofi Bevan
Naturopath
Hi, I’m Sofi.
I’m a naturopath with a special focus on fertility and preconception care. I was born and raised in Japan and now live near the beach in Adelaide. Before becoming a naturopath, I worked as a model for 8 years, which gave me the chance to travel the world and experience many different cultures and ways of life.
What I’ve always loved most are the small, beautiful things—art, nature, thoughtful design, and anything made with care and meaning. I also love learning and going deep into things that matter, especially when it comes to health and healing.
As a child, I had ongoing allergies, and my parents supported my healing through changes in food and lifestyle. That experience sparked my interest in how the way we eat and live affects how we feel, and it’s stayed with me ever since.
Before studying naturopathy in Australia, I completed my studies in Holistic Nutrition in Canada. That foundation deepened my passion for food as medicine and gave me a strong base in supporting the body through nutrition and lifestyle.
Becoming a mother to my daughter further deepened my desire to help other women feel grounded, supported, and well before they conceive—because I know how much it matters, on every level.
Through the How to Master Fertility program—created alongside my mentor Maria—we work closely with women and men preparing to conceive, helping them feel balanced, nourished, and confident in their bodies.
My approach is all about getting to the root cause. I use functional testing to take out the guesswork, address nutrient deficiencies, then create personalised strategies (nutrition, exercise, sleep, and lifestyle) that support the body to return to balance and become truly ready for a healthy pregnancy.
My goal is to give you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to understand your body and make informed decisions about your health—now and for the future.
