Turmeric and Ginger Anti Inflammatory Hot Drink

  • 4 teaspoons of turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoons of ginger powder
  • 1 – 2 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons of raw honey or stevia
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup of pure water

Fill a mug half way with boiling water and add turmeric and ginger, cover and let steep for 10 to 15 minutes.

Stir in cinnamon, black pepper, vanilla and honey, then add warmed coconut milk.

Stir, sprinkle ground cacao or cinnamon and ENJOY šŸ™‚
